Alene Reta And Lara Crofford Lead Record Field Of 376 Runners In 22nd Annual Tom Ausherman 5 Miler
Reta blitzed the field winning by 1:30 seconds over Matt Marcinia while Lara Crofford won by 19 seconds over Sara Morrison. On an almost perfect day, many runners obtained personal records. The results page has overall and age group winners.
The Ausherman 5 mile is a flat, fast race held in Chambersburg, PA. Started in 1988 as a memorial for Tom Ausherman, it has grown to 350 finishers and a fixture on the central Pennsylvania running calendar.
